- Orders over 200 euros qualify for free shipping.
Regional Shipping
For customers in Spain, we also offer shipping through DHL.
- Regional delivery typically takes from 1 to 4 working days.
- The delivery cost is calculated according to DHL rates and depends on the weight of the order.
- Like international shipping, all regional orders require 100% payment before dispatch.
- Orders over 200 euros are sent for free.
Please note that the courier company is responsible for any delays, damages, losses, or thefts after your order has been dispatched.
After dispatching the package, you will receive an email with a tracking code from the courier company. If the courier cannot deliver your package due to your absence, they will leave a note with instructions for a retry. The package will be delivered the next day if they cannot contact you. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, you need to contact the courier within ten calendar days after the second attempt to arrange a pick-up location. If this time passes, the package will be returned to our store, and we will refund the amount paid.

Clothing, Hats, Hat Bags
For these categories, returns or exchanges are allowed in case of a manufacturing defect, error in quantity, or discrepancy with the description on the website. Customers have the right to return or exchange the product within 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. The product must be returned in its original condition with all labels and accessories, without signs of use. Moreover, we understand that situations may arise when purchasing clothing, hats, or bags when the product size does not fit. In such cases, we also allow the exchange of the product for another size, provided that the corresponding size is available. This ensures additional convenience and confidence when choosing products in our online store.
Swimwear
In the case of swimwear, returns or exchanges are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of AmberHats. Returns are possible within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided the original packaging and labels are retained. Given hygiene standards, swimwear that has been tried on or used is not eligible for return.
